Every time you send one email to one recipient, it’s deducted as one email credit from your plan. If you are using our email sending application the application do so, and if you are using SMTP credential we can limite your email from your SMTP server.
No, SMTPMaster.com does not charge any payment automatically. At the end of your plan date, you need to manually make payment by clicking on the renew button.
Custom plans are used when a member needs special changes made to one of your existing plans or new plans. For example: a different price, more email credits, etc. please fill up the “Customize Plans” form.
If you change your mind, Just create a support ticket and we’ll delete all of your records upon your request, once we delete your data, we can not recover your deleted data.
