What's the purpose of the trial period?
The reason you offer a free trial is to get users to try the product and fall in love with it, right? So if users get great results, the natural choice is for them to buy. That said, you still need to give users a reason to take action when their trial ends.
Do I pay monthly or annually?
It allows you to spread the cost of the premium out over time as most people budget their money on a monthly basis. Monthly payments might also be a good choice for someone who may have the money to pay an annual premium but wants to invest the extra money or use it for another large expense.
Can I cancel at any time?
If you are a Basic (Free) SMTPMaster user, you can delete your SMTPMaster account at any time. This will permanently delete your SMTPMaster account.
Note: Paid SMTPMaster users will need to cancel their subscription by contacting our support team.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Razorpay the following types of payments: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and UPI. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.
Why did you suddenly introduce a plan with different pricing?
This was in response to market and customer needs. We had some companies approaching us to say that they really wanted to use SMTPMaster but in some cases, they only required according to their needs, and in other cases, the commitment required the agreement of multiple decision-makers, so the decision was being held up. Now companies like these can buy SMTPMaster only for those employees who need it. This flexibility comes at a different price point.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we give discounts based on the client’s requirements. We already offer SMTPMaster at a competitive price. SMTPMaster is priced to be affordable.
