• We offer 72 hours of refund window after delivery of service.
  • We offer a refund only for your first plan with SMTPMaster, from the second plan we do not offer any refund.
  • Your refund will be the amount you paid for your first service, less a 30% administration fee.
  • We offer a refund if no emails were sent from the account and the account was not under a seasonal hold. Please note that all email senders terminated by SMTPMaster due to poor sending practices, including excessive, abusive emails or unsolicited mailing lists, will not be eligible for a refund, also this is applicable for your first plan with SMTPMaster but for the refund you have claim it within 15 days, from the day when you paid for your first service.
  • We do not offer any refund for any custom server configuration, Server maintenance plans.
  • If the above-mentioned points are not violated, your payment will be refunded within 7 working days.
